Who we are
Onward Studio is a web design studio. We are responsible for the personal information described on this page. If you have a question about any of it, email hello@onwardstudio.ai.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name and email address; your company, phone number and message if you choose to add them; the two answers you pick about what you need and how many websites; and the address of the page you sent the form from.
That is everything. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you and to follow up about the work you asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing on these pages follows you anywhere else.
How your message reaches us
Your message goes to our own server and on to our inbox. If we use an outside service to carry that email, it passes the message along and does nothing else with it.
Your IP address is checked for a moment to stop the form being flooded with spam. It is not saved with your message and it is not written to any log.
Keeping and removing
We keep enquiries for as long as we are talking or working together, and delete them once they are no longer needed. Email hello@onwardstudio.ai at any time to see what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Changes
If any of this changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.
