Onward Engine is the system we’re building so a web agency can build, host and look after every client website from one place. It isn’t finished yet. Here’s what it will do.
Each client sees their live site and can act on any section. Text, images, layout and colors change visually, nothing goes public until they press publish, and a publish can be undone.
One console for the agency: waiting requests, pending approvals and portfolio health at a glance, backed by a complete audit trail of who changed what, when and why.
Every finished site is served as fast, pre-built files with no unnecessary code. Key business facts are also published in a machine-readable form so search engines and AI assistants can verify the business.
One box for anything. Ask a question or give an instruction and the AI answers, drafts the change or opens the right screen. Every draft waits for approval before it lands.
Nightly scans catch accessibility and search-ranking issues and mark them on the page with plain-language fixes. Business facts live in one record, and the platform warns when the site or outside listings disagree.
A Windows companion app that will let your own team use the tools and accounts already on their machine, without sending any passwords to Onward. You choose which folders and tools it may touch, and sensitive actions need approval on the device. A Mac version will follow.

An editor and portal for each client, a Mission Control dashboard for the agency, and the engine that serves every finished site to the public. That’s what we’re building, and a first group of agencies will get it before anyone else.
Every client’s data will be walled off from every other client at the database level. Every change will record who did it, when and why. And the AI will never publish on its own: every draft waits for approval, and autopilot runs within set limits with an emergency stop.
